Oak Plaza Hotels East Airport

First time in Ghana and we chose a great place to stay on this adventure. The room we initially chose, was changed upon request. The staff were constantly polite, welcoming and friendly. The ladies in the restaurant...even offered advice & recommendations regarding traditional cuisine, and what we might like to try. Our room was spacious and clean. The food was delicious, fresh and the staff were more than willing to help out, if/when needed. Getting around Accra was easy, and the staff were always on hand to advise/assist when it came to getting an Uber..or getting around. The entertainment was fantastic. Live bands, good music, great atmosphere. We stayed for 10 days. Hopefully we'll stay longer next time.

The amenities were uptodate, and the facility was clean. The staff came through at a moments notice to help celebrate our daughter's birthday 🎂 🥳. They were all so pleasant. Always smiling, courteous and willing to help. The staff was quick to respond to calls for help with anything in the rooms. We would definitely stay here again on our return trip to Accra Ghana 🇬🇭. Thank you all for making our stay, a pleasant and memorable one. Hoping to see you all soon. ❤

The location was perfect. Very close to the airport. A shopping mall next door to get any necessities. The hotel also had a jamaican theme restaurant, which was an extra bonus. The staff was very commendating, especially Shamrock, Rebecca and another lady at reception. Who was good at recommending local services and booking an Uber. Would stay again if visiting Ghana.

My first stay at Oak and it was very convenient, location close to the airport and beside the Palace mall. Staff is very courtious and helpful, manager Ms Brenda was always around to make sure everything goes perfect. Airport transfer was very smooth and timely.

Staff always at hand and very friendly, helpful & professional throughout my stay. Room & hotel restaurant, bar & restrooms were all very clean. Whether dining inside or out by the pool or in the garden, the food was delicious. Best yam chips ever! WiFi service very good
